that you receive from us. Refer to diagram below. Your customer number
will only contain numbers. The customer number will NOT contain slashes "/".
- Your Customer Number is your User Name.

Your VIN/Chassis Number can be found in your Mercedes-Benz Warranty Information booklet.
- Your VIN/ Chassis Number is your Password.
